 REFUND POLICY - TEAM CAMPS

HOGS Competitive Play Day
You have Until May 31, 2017 to finalize your plans without penalty.

First $80 received to Arkansas Volleyhogs will secure your place in HOGS Competitive Play Day. Because each school handles money differently, we will accept a combination of PO, Booster check, District Check, personal check, or a combined total from your athletes that register online. If we have not received the minimum deposit by May 31, 2017 we will drop your team from camp. Once we receive the minimum deposit, you will be notified and given a seeding number for the competitive portion of the camp tournament and will be considered a “committed team.”

  • Any new team registering after June 15, 2017 will be charged a late registration fee of $5/athlete. If you were placed on the wait list due to the camp being sold out, and are offered a space due to cancellation, the late registration fee will not apply.
  • Any committed team that drops on or after June 1, 2017 will be charged a non-refundable deposit of $5/athlete (you will be charged at least a minimum of 8 athletes per committed team or $40/team).
  • Any committed team that drops on or after June 20, 2017 will be charged a non-refundable deposit of $10/athlete (you will be charged at least a minimum of 8 athletes per committed team or $80/team).
  • Refund Charges do NOT apply for roster changes if another athlete is attending in the place of the athlete that has dropped. (If Sally can’t attend and Jane is going in her place, Sally will receive 100% of all monies received, Jane will register in her place without penalty). However, if Sally can’t attend and there is no one to take her place, Sally will receive a refund less $5 plus applicable finance charges if she withdraws on or after June 1, 2017. Sally will receive a refund less $10 plus applicable finance charges if she withdraws on or after June 20, 2017.
    • Anytime on or after June 20, 2017 requests for full refunds for a single athlete attending team camp will be accepted for injuries that occur or medical conditions that would prevent your athlete from participation in camp. A signed statement from your physician must accompany the written request. Overscheduling of volleyball-related activities is NOT considered a valid medical reason, nor is fatigue and muscle soreness; and will be subject to the above deadlines and penalties.
    • Refunds are not given to participants who (1) Withdraw after June 20, 2017 for any reason other than medical, (2) Voluntarily withdraw from camp at any time for any reason, (3) Are sent home for disciplinary reasons. NO-SHOWS are NOT entitled to any refund whatsoever.

All monies should be received by Arkansas Volleyhogs by July 1, 2017, unless other arrangements have been made with Larissa Watson.

 

HOGS High School Team Camps
This refund policy applies to High School team camp only. Teams have Until May 31, 2017 to finalize their plans without penalty.

First $500 received to Arkansas Volleyhogs will secure your place in High School Team Camp. Because each school handles money differently, we will accept a combination of PO, Booster check, District Check, personal check, or a combined total from your athletes that register online. If we have not received the minimum deposit by May 31, 2017 we will drop your team from camp. Once we receive the minimum deposit, you will be notified and given a seeding number for the competitive portion of the camp tournament and will be considered a “committed team.”

If we have not received the minimum deposit by May 31, 2017 we will drop your team from camp. Once we receive the minimum deposit, you will be notified and given a seeding number for the competitive portion of the camp tournament and will be considered a “committed team.”
